I found a great site with Free Software for Windows.
Its called "Analog X"
Basically, stuff that can help your system/DAW in many ways.
I just grabbed a program called MAXMEM, wich is a memory organizer.
For instance, when i would open a big template in Nuendo/ Kontakt 2, say
1500megs of ram, when i would close it, and try to open another big
template, i found Nuendo doest respond. I would normally have to reboot
to clear out my memory.
MAXMEM fixes that. I can clear as much memory as i want anytime.
Very cool stuff. :D
Check the audio section as well. They have some cool stuff.
Check the bit rate of plugins and stuff like that.
Here are the links http://www.analogx.com/contents/download/system.htm
