Hey there!
I am considering buying the Composers Bundle, as it seems a great deal to me! I am assuming the included instruments are the old Kontakt versions and not the new Play versions right? (especially since some of the instruments don't have play counterparts yet).
When the play versions come out, will I have to upgrade all of them seperately? Am I correct that the price for that will be 49 dollars per product, or is the pricing different if you're upgrading from the composers bundle?

Thanks in advance!

Are you talking about the Complete Composers Collection? The big one? Pretty damn cool indeed.

If this is the one you are talking about read this from the product page:

PLEASE NOTE: ANY UPGRADES OFFERED FOR THE INDIVIDUAL PRODUCTS INCLUDED IN THIS COLLECTION, WHICH ARE DISCOUNTED BY 60% OFF THE LIST PRICE, SHALL COST THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE BETWEEN THE REDUCED VALUE OF EACH PRODUCT IN THIS PACKAGE AND THE LIST PRICE OF THE ITEM UPGRADED TO.

Item purchased individually are eligible for the $49.00 deal. I'm sure there are a few other bundles that allow that too.

That's the one I mean yes. I am not sure though, what that quoted section means. Could anyone elaborate on that?

The actual value of each item in the package will be used as the base price to upgrade from (60% off list), and not the full price of each product.

Does that mean that an upgrade will end up costing the same as buyng them all individually at full price?
If so, it surely doesn't seem like a great buy then?

Ok, It's like this. Colossus to Goliath's upgrade is normally $199. Well if you get Colossus in that collection, it'll be $435.

It's a great buy if you want the products in the package. If you want all the newest versions (ie. upgrades) of all the products, then no, it's possibly not that great a deal.
Personally, I'm not that bothered whether I have Colossus or Goliath, but then again, I'm a poor man :(
