Hopefully someone in the know can answer this question...
Do all three mic positions have the same instruments? Meaning, there's no instrument in close that does not appear in full. Am I correct in this? Makes development on a product I'm working on much easier if this is the case.
And BTW, this is off topic for this section...
Would this apply to Platinum as well. I'm worried that I'll miss an instrument if I only choose one mic position to work with.

Each instrument in platinum is recorded in three different mic positions and you can load the instrument in one mic setting or any combination of two mic settings or all three mic settings.
I don't understand your last concern.

That's because you don't know what I'm working on.
Anyway, so the instruments in Platinum and Symphonic Choir are the same for each mic position. There are none missing in this or that mic? That's the bottom line answer I'm looking for. I only have the choirs at this point and I guess I could check each and every one, but I was hoping someone from EWQL could quickly answer this.
If each mic has different patches or is missing a patch, then I'll have to have seperate definitions for each mic setting and that will be just terrible.

Azreal,
In Platinum and Choirs, everything is in every mic position. You don't miss anything by choosing one mic position or the other. Everything is everywhere! :)

Whoo. That'll make life so much easier for me and the folks that'll end up using the thing I'm working on (less menus to surf through.)
Which is what I've done for Gold. I just ignored the F and C markings and concentrated on just the patch names, since those are what's important since C and F patches contain all the same programming and such.
