Help Please..

I have a P4 3.0ghz, 4gigs of ram and M-audio FW410. And it seems that my pc's having a hard time with some plugins(or programs/st/etc.). eg. when i load a patch in NI elektrik piano , it says "Physical memory is getting low".. when i open NI Kontakt 2, it very slow. It'll take few mins. just to open the kontakt 2.. I'm very frustrated. Can someone help me please? BTW i'm using Nuendo 3. Thanks Men!

Check your updates..... I was having similar problems after a system build and realized that I forgot to install a NI update.

so your system is fixed now?

Yep... it was a DFD update tp 1.29 that I forgot to install. Granted we have different systems and there is no single answer; could be bad RAM, could be updates, could be (?).

Always start with the simple stuff.... DO you have every update available for you software installed?

If the updates dont fix the problem, try different DFD settings. If it STILL doesn't work, check your RAM sticks. One or 2 may have failed.

Also, check your Task Manager for any RAM-heavy applications that may be running in the background.
