Hey from NZ

Hi all

Luke here. I'm an Aussie who bucked the trend and moved TO NZ. I studied at the Victorian College of the Arts and Monash University for an Honours in B.Mus (Improvisation and Composition). Been doing a fair bit of different stuff - I'm a keys player and composer. Been working on some feature films here in NZ and some TV stuff as well as ads/corporates etc. Just bought the EWQLSO Gold Bundle and getting aquainted with it. Been awesome so far. Expecting MoR in the post sometime soon.

Looking forward to getting into the forum and swapping ideas and learning from the experts.

Welcome ozkiwi, I'm sure your stay will be filled with fun and excitement and a joyous venture. Sound like you know your music from your post. I just play and compose and don"t have a clue about anything. Listen to this and let me know what you think. Hi !

I went to New Zealand last year (from 19 June to 7th of september) and I just have to tell you that this is the most beautiful country on this planet !!!
Although I didn't enjoy cities, Nature is great, there are so many wonders, I took over 5 000 photos there...
And Your country inspired me for my music as well, I finished my epic opéra-rock there !
I wish I'll go back there later and finish my life in this country.
I haven't visited your country (Australia) but next year my girlfriend will have her PhD in Hobart, Tasmania so I may visit Australia as well...

:o Just realised you're an Aussie and its too late to edit the post. And you stuffed us last time. I bury my head in shame. And New Zealand seem to be on top. Never-the-less its a happy bunch here... well mostly .... I used to be anyway.... I think I'll stop now before I say anything more stupid.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone.

One Throw, when you wrote the post I was enjoying the cricket on behalf of my adoptive NZ. Obviously things changed and I am completely unsurprised by the eventual outcome.

Djoule - NZ certainly is beautiful. LOTR was not an overstatement. If you get to Hobart, you'll find it kinda similar to NZ actually - good beer in Tassie.
