Hello !

I'm Julien, from Bourges, France.
I study physics but music is my passion, I'm a self taught composer and guitarist (for 7 years) and I write music from bossa to heavy metal, jazz to rock, reggae, etc...
In brief, I like progressive stuff : freedom for everything, wether it is about kind of styles, instruments or length.

For the moment all my compositions are in MIDI files but I'm going to get the complete composers bundle in order to have better sounds on them using Cubase, then record my guitars.

Bienvenue à soundsonline. J'ai écouté à ta chanson épique. C bon. Je n'ai pas eu la chance d'écouter l'autre chanson. Cependant, j'ai quelques pensées de l'épique. Il semble que la chanson roule trop rapide dans chaque section... Tu devrais développer les thèmes dans chaque section peut-être ? Aussi, t'as comme, 6 or 7 instruments dans ta "orchestre virtuel", tu devrais donner la mélodie aux les autres instruments. Il semble que la majorité est jouée par la guitare. Est-ce qu'il y a des paroles ? Il y a beacoups des "riffs' (je sais pas le mot pour "riff" en français hehe).

Il est évident que t'aime la grouppe, Symphony X, je peux écouter l'influence. J'ai écouté des "riffs" que j'ai écouté dans l'odyssey par SX. Tu as un bon sens de forme de chanson, mais, c'est tellement sembable de l'odyssey. Un plus de chose avant que je parte - Peut-être tu peux essayer des autres sentiments avec des différents section, car, parfois, je ne sens pas la raccordement entre la musqie pis les titres qu'ils représentent. Il semble trop virtuosic, plûtot qui se dévloppe.

In fact I study physics to be a teacher, because it's the best job to have free time for music. 18 hours a week is pretty good, rather than havin 39 hours in a factory etc... ;)

You got that right ! but 60 hours a week in a studio recording your music with an orchestra is even better right ? :D
