Hallo there everyone.
I am from South Africa. Recently moved to a placed call George on the bottom part of South Africa. It is truly lovely here and there weather is almost always fair.
I've been in the music business for almost over 20 years. Since 1998 I was involved more in the South African Recording market. I've produced a whole lot of albums here in SA in various genres. Our country is very diverse so you get to do quite a bit of different stuff. Unfortunately our local English market is not so big, basically overshadowed by the international artists, so I didn't really do as much of the stuff I really love live Rock and Classical Celtic type arrangements. The past few years I also worked a lot in the Television market doing more the camera and Producing of programs.
I've recently decided to climb out of our market because its really too predictable and the music is too similar. a few years of continually recording the same style, rhythm and type of instruments will make you go crazy I though it good to climb out before that happened. I got married to a wife that sings like an angel and now I can do what I've always wanted. Merge Rock with classical arrangements and do Celtic style musical arrangements and recordings.
East west hast really put me unto a whole new way of working and I am learning as I go along. There is a lot of pitfalls but it will be sorted out soon. I've recently acquired the composers collection and cant wait to get it installed and up and running.:)
