Hi, I have a digital piano without any mod wheel. Now I`m using a lots of instruments, needing a mw for some of the best articulations..Is there any way to buy just a single modwheel (I only found them integrated in masterkeyboards and stuff like that) or to edit the mw movement in the sequencer?

At least in cubase you can edit mw movement by using mouse, as any other midi data. It might be a lot easier to use a real mod wheel, but im doing fine without it..

There is a company that sells a mod/pitch wheel combo. I found it once doing someresearch. Didnt bookmark though. Doh!

In Sonar you can maniuplate any midi channel data with the mouse in the paino roll or using curves in the track view. Another option would be to get a teensey-tiny synth action controller, maybe 25 keys - you might not regret having a few keys with chintzy synth action when you have to produce fast runs.

Download this software: http://vellocet.com/software/VMIDIJoY.html
Then get yourself an inexpensive gaming joy stick. Loads of fun.
Just assign your mod wheel to the joystick via the software. (or pitch bend - or whatever)

I found a similar one. No its just a matter of finding the joystick. And if i get it up and running then hopefully the JOY will STICK... :D
