Hello,
Is it better (or not..?) to disable the internal audio of a Macand...and how?

I used to do so on PCs so I wonder if it is necessary on an Apple machine...

Cheers,

Edmond
BTW: how can I change 'new member' into 'Platinum' for instance?

There is no disabling internal Audio on Macs.

Go to system Preferences>Sound>(tab on OUTPUT) select from the menu. Thats what output will be active. The rest are (well) disabled.

By contributing here on the forum. Platinum is not your ownership status of Silver, Gold or Platinum. Its based on the number of posts you make in the forum. I really dont know how many means what. I dont keep track myself.

Thanks Alan, that's what I already did. I thought I could tweak the Mac a little more (as I do on PCs).

Best,

Edmond
