Problem loading files downloaded from the database

I've downloaded some of the .cho files from the Votox Database, but when I try loading
in Wordbuilder it gives me an error (the file is not a correct WordBuilder file).
How can I do to load these files correctly?

Are you trying to load them into the plugin Word builder ?

IMPORTANT -

To use the choir (.cho) files in this database in plug-in mode, they need to be opened in standalone mode first, then exported to voice files.
