Hey guys..

I am going to invest a new computer for my DAW.'

The following hardwares going to be (maybe):

Gigabyte P45 DQ6
8GB Corsair DHX 6400
2x raptor x (main Disk in RAID 0)
1x Velociraptor for the Pianos

combine with what i already have:
Creative X-fi (quite happy with it) :D
nvidia 7900Gt

Bring the suggestion on! :D

If by 'main disk' you mean your system hard drive, don't bother with raptors or RAID 0. Just get a SATA 80GB drive, and use one raptor for your audio drive or a second sample drive. The Velociraptor for the Pianos sample drive is probably a good idea if it is the E/W library. Your system hard drive is not going to tax a hard drive like audio or samples and special drives really aren't necessary.

Paul is right. A very basic drive with modest capacity is fine for the boot / OS / main disk.
