Choirs didn't bounce (Logic)

I tried to bounce a piece using Logic Express 7 bounce. The piece was using Colossus and Choirs Kompakt. When listening everything was OK but the bounced mp3 file had only the Colossus instruments. What went wrong?

did you bounce in real time or offline? I've had problems too until I started bouncing my songs in real time; can be time consuming, but the results are much better. I hope this helps.
