hello, i use sonar as my sequencer and gs3 as my sampler, but im trying to use other samplers as well... i havent practically used anything else other than gigastudio, so im not that used to the vst or dxi or that kind...
im trying to use the ewqlso in sonar, but its not working out at all...
im not really sure what the actual port name is for the ewqlso... it says marble midi port, but it actually has nothing to do with it...
i am extremely astonished at the quality sounds of the qlso, but though i want to use it, cuz it doesnt work at all, im beginning to wonder if i missed something or if i didnt install something...
can somebody help me out in using the qlso? im new in VST/VSTi, so i really dont know anything about it...
i would really appreciate your help~ thank you~

Sonar uses dxi instruments, and vst's with a wrapper. When you installed EWQLSO, did you install the dxi version? If not, you need to do a re-install of EWQLSO. Then it should show up in the list of dxi instruments.
As to actually using the library, supposing you have your MIDI track in place, add a track for EWQLSO and point the MIDI track to that track. Basic stuff that's in the manual that comes with Sonar. Spend some time with that, and also check out the Sonar forums.

Festivale,
I use EWQLSO with Sonar, and they work beautifully together.
If you're new to using EWQLSO, then I recommend you request a copy of "The Complete Guide to EWQLSO" that I wrote. It's free to registered users. To receive it as a PDF, send your serial number in a private message to Doug Rogers, one of the moderators of this forum. (To send a PM, find his name at the bottom of the forum, or in any thread where he has responded. Right click or follow the link and then ask for "The Official Guide to EWQLSO.") If the serial number is valid, he will send you a link to the Guide. It's over 100 pages of information about how to use EWQLSO.)
