The JibJab founders were at the Conversation, a filmmakers conference I was at last week - had never even heard of their site but apparently it is highly succesful. You can upload your own picture, put it in the movie, and send it to friends, family or coworkers. CNet rated it as "No. 1 office time waster" or something along those lines (not surprising - the quality of their videos, both visually and musically, is excellent).
