Hey, thought I'd post up a few of my pieces. Considering the generous offer that EastWest/SoundsOnline has made with regards to the monthly contest.

Another Sunrise (http://www.david-john.com/downloads/AnotherSunrise.mp3)

Caves (http://www.david-john.com/downloads/Caves.mp3)

The Last Stand (http://www.david-john.com/downloads/LastStand.mp3)

Kingmaker (http://david-john.com/downloads/Kingmaker.mp3)

ShadowGuard (http://david-john.com/downloads/ShadowGuard.mp3)

Hideout (http://david-john.com/downloads/Hideout.mp3)

Peaceful Village (http://david-john.com/downloads/PeacefulVillage.mp3)

Quick Demo (http://david-john.com/downloads/QuickDemo.mp3)

The Mystic (http://david-john.com/downloads/TheMystic.mp3)

All of the above pieces were created with Gold and Stormdrum. Quick Demo and Hideout have some live guitar playing from yours truly, not sure if that excludes them from the contest or not.

Hope you enjoy them!

Cheers,
Dave

Hi!

I listened to some of your demos. Very good use of the library and good compositions! I don“t know what I should critizise....
Maybe thats the reason why your thread was empty :)

Good luck for the contest.

Best,
Michael

I listened to Peaceful Village and The Mystic on the advice of the other poster. This is really good. Very convincing orchestrations and nice compositions. Very tuneful and smooth and natural sounding.

When people post lots and lots of links in one post, it's kind of intimidating in terms of time commitment. When someone just posts 1 link and says, "this is my latest" etc. etc., it's more enticing. To me anyway. Which is maybe why you haven't gotten as many responses.
