Hello,

I purchased Symphonic Choirs immediately when it came out, as I had just received a commission for a choir piece. I work in Logic 7.1, and I installed everything as I should.
And it worked! Very nice to be able to compose words, also very difficult, but nevertheless a huge step forward I think. Problems started when changing from Kompakt to WB, or when typing something to quick in WB (I think). Frequent crashes ooccured in WB, in the end it slowed down the composing process so much that I decided not to use the program anymore for this project. I don't know why these crashes occured, I can only guess.
I did not upgrade yet, just want to know if these crashes are common in the first version of the program?
My system: Mac G5 2Ghz, 2 Gb RAM, OS X.3.5, Logic 7.1.
I think I installed everything as I should have, so what can be the problem?

Greetings,

Gerard

I just purchased Kontakt 2. May this solve my problems or will it increase them?
I see there is a specal upgrade for Kontakt users.

Gerard,

You should always use the latest updates. There are several you need to install here -

http://www.soundsonline.com/techsupport.SymphonicChoirs.shtml

Also, you must use WB in standalone mode with Logic due to a problem in logic that is beyond our control.

There is also another update coming shortly for MAC that resolves the final issues that have been reported to us.
