You might get more replies with a simple question like; does ANYBODY have SC working yet????
Sarcastic I know, but there are so many have serious issue with SC...

As far as I am aware, 1024 voices is the limit of the PLAY engine anyway.

Voice limit shouldn't be a concern really - I'm interested in how many instances of play, and what multis people have loaded in each one, as well as the number of wordbuilder instances they can run.

I hear a lot of people have this software up and running very smoothly, so it'd be awesome to get some results from people who have systems that run SC PLAY successfully.
