DVD composer bonus features

I was curious if anyone has come across any interesting bonus features such as a composer's commentary, composer interviews, behind the scenes shorts, etc.

On the 3 disc edition of Hellboy there's a commentary track with Marco Beltrami.

I got the edward scissorhands special edition and it has a feature where Danny Elfman talks you through each cue in the movie.

There are also audio comments by Danny Elfman on "Planet of the Apes" (it's more a general explanation how he composes music) and on the "Red Dragon" double DVD.

Further there is the double DVD edition of "Frida" with some comments by Elliot Goldenthal.

(I think I don't have to tell you that there is also a short making of called something like "The Pirates Maestro Hans Zimmer" on the third Pirates of the Caribbean double-DVD. There are some interviews and some pictures of the recording session...)
