I have a question about the possibility of hiring an orchestra and play something of what they dreamed for a long time does anyone have the capability or may have access to a live orchestra
of course, for free?

This may or may not be of help to you, but it MIGHT be possible to get a local college orchestra to perform your piece for free, or a very reduced cost. It might not be the LSO (probably quite a bit off from it :p) but you would get to hear it with real players. Not sure if this is possible, but it's worth looking into.

It's simple, just find that one thing more powerful than money that would convince 40+ musicians to play your music.
