I've just received my CCC purchase and am in the middle of trying to install and authorize all my new libraries.
However, every time I try to authorize one of the libraries i get this error:
"No iLok.com account is associated with your Soundsonline.com account. Please click 'Modify your account' below to correct this."
When I go to soundsonline.com and check my account, my iLok account is connected. I have the iLok plugged in and working.
I've installed, removed, re-installed, and updated the Authorization wizard a few times, but nothing seems to be working.
I've submitted a support ticket to soundsonline, but the current project is a bit of a rush, so I thought I would try the forum to see if anyone has any solutions.
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
Also, I have used the iLok successfully for my Goliath library, and it is currently still working, so I can assume the iLok hasn't broke in the process.
