Over the next few days I am going to make a concerted effort to get to like the Wordbuilder tool. I am intending to run SC over a network via FX teleport, using Nuendo 3 as a host and K2 as the sampler on the slave PC. Has anyone done this yet, and if so can they give me any hints?

Wordbuilder is a MIDI insert and has nothing to do with FXT.

Hello,
WordBuilder is not a VST plugin. It is a MIDI plugin. Please read our FAQ at support.soundsonline.com for setup instructions. There's even a video!
The only difference when using FX teleport would be that instead of loading Choirs directly inside Cubase, you'd load an FXTeleport Choirs inside cubase (not sure how all the FX teleport stuff works, so refer to your manual for that.)

Sam, it's easy really. You just load K2 (LAN) instead of K2 and it opens it on the slave machine. Obviously the GUI is on the slave machine, but that's really the only difference. As we both said WB has to be inserted as a MIDI insert on the host machine. It is not installed on the slave.

Thanks for the clarification... I think I misread one of the above posts there. I unfortunately don't have any hints for you with this setup, but let us know how it works!

I did get it to work, but I gave up as K2 was so buggy, so I reverted to using the Kompakt player on my DAW.
