Hi all,

I just feel like sharing another piece with you guys here at SO, called 'Rock'n Ride' (Rockabilly / Rock'n Roll), which is completely done with the Colossus library.
Get a better impression of several instruments like saxophones, rhodes, piano and organs. I had fun, jamming around and playing the solo passages.

All this works really great and you won't regret buying the library.

Great stuff man! Love all the solos. :D

I'm still not buying that sax sound though for the most part esp. at :21 - the squeal sounds great, the next line just really stands out as sounding synthetic. No fault of yours I'm sure, not an easy sound to capture as many other threads have discussed. *laughs*

Yes, i think we all know how tough Sax is to program and make it natural.

I just heard some of the new Culture Candy demos, and i'll say this,
Toxeen makes the Colosuss Sax sound alot better IMHO. And Candy
is a dedicated sax instrument!

Toxeen, great job!! I have listened to much of your stuff over the past
year, and i'm always impressed, and always have a smile, and inspiration
after listening.

Thank you!! You good boy! You is good!!

Neo, Robert

thanks for your compliments. I feel glad you like it. That's true, the saxes are still a serious issue talking about sampling and handling. (btw: I'm still dreaming about a new and revolutionary -Big Band Ensemble- library. anyone else ?)

thanks. I've had a listen to your "Sonatina 1st movement" a couple of days ago - really great, especially your very own part on the guitar! Keep it up. :)

Yeah, I really like this demo, but we didn't use it because we had a similar demo already.
