short piece - bad dreams

My first demo submit to this forum, hope I did it correct :)
(well I posted this in the 'Official' contest area but decided to put it out in the open)

Here is a piece done with EWQLSO-Platinum, StormDrum and Altered States.

There was no FX, processing, compression, EQ etc.
Normally I would, but I wanted to do an example of
using these products straight out of the box.
There was a bit of level mixing with automation.

My order of EWQLSO-Platinum came just in time to complete this for something I was working on.

So now i guess we know what the long string glisses in Platinum sound like. :D

Would like to hear 1 or 2 other patches, and/or some melody? :confused:

I have Altered States too. Great lib.

Thanks for the feedback.

I figured most people would think it was a bunch of noise but
it was written with that intent, a bit more going on in there than
just string glissandos. There is an underlying harmonic build up
in the brass and woodwinds that comes together in consonance then
into dissonance.

It was written for an animation in which a character goes through a kind
of vortex then enters a ‘dream room’ then out and into another one, and it
fits. There was not suppose to be a melody per se, the music was underscoring
the character’s journey.

Thanks for the comment on the site, designed and built it myself.

I love your music, listened to ‘On The Hunt’, it has an almost comical flavor to it
and a good mix of some Latin type rhythms (at least how I hear it). Great work!
