My Wordbuilder Serial # Error!!!!!

I am trying to log on to get votox phrases and my serial number is being rejected.

Any help?

If it's being rejected, it's either a typo, or possibly somebody else has already registered that serial number...

I have checked and checked again, and then after I checked the 2nd time, I checked a 3rd and 4th time.

My serial # is entered correctly.

There are 2 serial numbers that come with SC - are you sure you are entering the WordBuilder serial for WB and not the Kompakt serial for SC?

I also had this problem I entered my serial number over and over again and kept getting that it was incorrect. Each time I entered the numbers I used the keypad on the right side of my keyboard when entering the numbers. Finally in desperation I decided to try useing the numbers in the row above the letters instead of the keypad and it took on the first try. I don't know why it made a difference maybe I had kept entering a wrong digit and didn't see it and having to enter pecking at the other set of digits I was more careful who knows but it worked !! Give it a try and see.
