Marco Beltrami is probably not the most famous hollywood composer, and I'm not familiar with much of his work, but he did score Terminator 3, Blade 2 and is now scoring the upcoming Omen movie.
The reason I bring him up is: if you go to his website www.marcobeltrami.com (http://www.marcobeltrami.com/) and go to his "Samples" section, you can download some mp3 files from the movies he scored AND you can download the SCORE FOR FULL ORCHESTRA for some of the mp3 files. It's not often you can find sheet music for modern hollywood movies.
I just wanted to let you know... ;)

It's amazing !
You know what ? And this is really true.
1 years ago, in march 2005, I sent him a mail from his old website... I asked him if he could post some scores because I wanted to study his work. At this time I didn't know all the protection that were around hollywood scores.
And....
He answered me !!!
He wrote :
"
I’ll see if we can post a pdf file of the score on the website.

"
(I can do a screenshot if you don't believe me)
I asked him for Hellboy.
It took him 1 year but he did it ! I can't believe it.
So maybe he did that by himself or (that would be nice) he remembered my mail :D
Well this man was the first one I appreciated a lot his score, and I still do !

Marco is a very nice man and a rare genius. His concert music is good too, and who could forget his break through score to Scream.
