Pretty new to this world as well. I was wondering if, even through a sequencer that has multiple midi tracks, I would be restricted to just applying 8 instruments from EWQLSO to a sequencer?

Just open another instance of Kompakt, and you'll get 8 more.

You can keep doing that until you run out of ram.
