I don't know if something's wrong with my setup or if this is by design but it seems like only 4 notes actually trigger WordBuilder phrases on my keyboard - C#, D, D#, and E. Down to the A below that it sounds like it's triggering the phrase but it's also playing a high-pitched plain syllable over the phrase. Below that it's just plain syllables at different pitches, ee, oh, etc. Above the E, there's the same sort of overlap. Those notes just aren't useable unless I want screeching on top of my phrase.
I have tried various multis, the one I'm referring to in this post is C SOPR WB NV, but they all seem to do the same thing. Is this by design or is something screwy? I'm using ProTools if that's relevant.

Hello,
Please make sure you're following instructions on the faq at support.soundsonline.com. It sounds like your MIDI setup is incorrect.

Ok, I'm revisiting this after giving up a long time ago. I would really love to get this working properly.
I have followed the instructions for setup in ProTools under Windows dozens of times. I've watched the video, viewed the PDF, updated to latest versions, etc. I have things set up exactly as specified.
I've typed in jE zuS iz t!u lord but this is what I hear as I traverse the keyboard:

Silent sections are keys with no response. As you can hear, there's not much "Jesus is the lord" going on. I'm mostly hearing the same syllable on every key and much of the time there are multiple voices despite only pressing a single key.
Any advice is appreciated.

Anyone? Bueller? Is there any further information I can provide to help with troubleshooting? The product is essentially unusable right now...

Can anyone at least confirm that they have this working properly in Pro Tools LE on a PC? Is there a better support channel than these forums?

Yes,
The better channel would be our tech support: techsupport@eastwestsounds.com
Or, you can contact us via the FAQ you've read by clicking on 'Ask Question,' or 'Contact us.' Either of these options will send an email to tech support.
While I often try to help people on the forums, Pro Tools + Wordbuilder issues are often too detailed and specific to address here due to the many-step setups. Contacting support would be the best course of action. I do apologize for not redirecting you earlier.
Personally, following the instructions on the FAQ I have had success with Pro Tools 6.9.x and 7.1 on macs, but Pro Tools on a PC is a much less common platform.
