2 virtual ports missing in Logic?

I recently installed SC and WordBuilder. I made sure to upgrade to the latest version.

I downloaded the Logic setup and installed it into my environment. The problem is only 2 of the 4 virtual ports are working.

1 and 2 work.

3 & 4 say that they are not recognized.

Any ideas on this? I can't see any way to add more virtual ports.

Do ports 3 and 4 work if you try the standalone method with choirs and wordbuilder?
