do you guys ever work with a partner in the studio? i want to work with my friend on a mac running logic express, i'm on cubase pc.

should he slave to my midi output?

do you ever run two keyboards and mice into the same computer?

what's the most comfortable way to do this?

That sounds like its a forumla for lots of clicking everywhere if both of you are in control of the mouse :D

If I have a friend over, which is always more work for me then I want to, and I write better alone, I have a keyboard by me, and another Stage piano elsewhere, i just have them sit there, and play notes if they want to, and I do all the computer stuff. Just works better for me. However, its usually only to help my friends out if I am working with someone :D

not sure if you guys are runnin 2 different programs.
