That's really fun...and amazing. Love how he is actually creating percussive sounds in unison with the flute tones, using the breath he releases to "trigger" both "samples"! Parts of "Peter" and "Mario" are just smokin', and I lost it when he broke into "Axel F" in "Gadget".

I'm a pianist and for a long time had a severe misunderstanding of what a "simpler" instrument like a flute is capable of. Then I collaborated on a project with the flutist Robert Dick and had my wide-shut eyes opened pretty rapidly. Robert is a wizard at extended techniques and could produce some of the most astonishing sounds I've ever heard. To this day, I still find his "circular breathing" technique to border on magic.
