Cubase windows resizing problem

Previously I've been working in N-track ,and didn't have that problem there.

But now in Cubase (sx 3) when I maximize the project window and then open any other window (like mixer), the project windows resizes down :(

This is so anoying and I can't find the soulution for keeping the project window maximized...

Anyone know?

Hey i have/had the same problem, this is what i do. When a new window opens like the mix or a pugin. Right click on the blue grey area and choose "always on top". I havent found any other way. Also try to increase screen res.

I use cubase sx3 and dont have that problem. Is that PC or MAC version?

An idea: Instead of maximizing cubase, resize the main window as big as you can.
