Im very new at this, so please bear with me.
I tried to record a piano line (EWQL Bosendorf) together with some strings (EWQL Gold) but had some pitch change or latency problem
The piano doesnt get affected, only the strings seems to get a pitch change when im recording.
If someone can give me some advice or tell me what exactly im doing wrong.
This is my humble rig:)
AMD 64 +3200 2.3GHz
2GB Memory
XP PRO...latest updates
EMU 04004
24-bit/192kHz
1 ms Latency with Cubase SX3
Articulations used:
Boesendorfer 290 /DRY
EWQL Gold orchestra / 18 violins- F 18V EXP FAST
Please note that this occurs when i hit the record button and when i playback as well. I dont experience that when i just play strings without recording or standalone.
....I wonder if it just the quality of the Sound Card; I just paid $99.00 for it, brand new, received it yesterday.
