Anybody going to the Composer Forum on July 25th in LA? It would be nice to put a face to some of you. Maybe we could hook up for a grog or two.

Although when I went last year, it cost me $10 to buy a beer in Hollywood. That was one 12 oz bottle. Geez. When I was a kid, we used to give the bootlegger $3 for a 12 pack. He made about 44 cents on the deal. :)

don't worry kaatza, we'll be there in spirit ;). Bring a list of names from the forum with you, and every time you take a sip from your beer, raise it and go "This is for you [insert name]!" and take a mighty swig.

If I wake up with a hangover the next day, i'll know who to blame!

Us Brits go for warm beer with a whisky chaser so it could get a bit sketchy quite quickly! Not sure how much contact I'll get with Hans, I'm around for a few days after so I'm hoping to make a bit of an impression... Snurgle, how much contact did you get?
