Since the release of WordBuilder, we have added 2 global volume sliders in "Voice Properties" to adjust the volume of the non-pitched and pitched consonants. Experiment with these volume sliders for more realism.

hmm, i dunno if i did something wrong but when i move both sliders up to full or down to zero it always stays the same. no matter if its pitched or non pitched consos.

Waywyn, it seems to work for me on Macintosh. I was struggling until I downloaded an update. Make sure you have the latest. I think 1.0.5 or 1.0.6 on Mac. Don't know about the PC.
Without it the consonants were way too loud.

Waywyn,
It’s possibly a Kompakt bug coming from beta version. I have the same problem and we have similar setup, if I remember! I guess that the retail version work fine! I’m not sure of that, but these volume sliders could be “polypressure messages” and would confirm this theory. He doesn't translate this signal!

thanks you both,
i figured that the non pitched slider is working.
if that is the error you also have, bernard, then we just have to wait a little :)

these sliders don't seem to do much for me either, not sure if I'm doing something wrong; I downloaded the update.... is anyone else using them successfully?

Hello ,
I am finding in Cubase SX 2.2 that the pitched slider automatically sets itself back to zero  ........
eg when I set it and then close and open the 'voice properties ' box the slider has gone
back to zero again
