Hi ! :)

*edit>The last demo, this time I tried to make some movie music : http://exnihilo.nuxit.net/Spy.mp3 *

Here the little and "delicate" piece I have just finished with Silver, Stylus RMX and free VSTi JX16 ^^ : http://exnihilo.nuxit.net/BlackCross.mp3

And another video game music (I definitively cannot do anything else  ! ) : http://exnihilo.nuxit.net/LastLevel.mp3

And at least, this unfinished demo : http://exnihilo.nuxit.net/Castle.mp3

Criticism will be tolerated.

this music match perfectly with game music, and i like it
good themes and nice drums and is mixed good too,and not to classical, because that do not fit with computer games in my opinion ;)

my favourite is last level, because there is vocal and celtic in it :)

go on!!!

Raul, your piece starts promising, but the "ah" "oh" choir sounds almost instantly ruin it for me and get continually more annoying throughout the piece. The brass also is too aggressive for my ears. All in all, it's too noisy. Try to fine-tune your ears more to which instruments go together well and try work with dynamics in a not-so-agressive way. I understand it's a game title, but even with some action underneath I would not want to listen to it very long.

Last Level is more pleasant to my ears, but again the sounds don't blend well.

Spy has a better overall atmosphere to it, but the way the bass drum is stuck in the left ear (headphones) is annoying to me.

Don't let this discourage you. Most importantly one must have fun playing around with sounds. :)

Hi jakob,

thanks for your comments ! Indeed, Black Cross has many defects. I wanted to create something aggressive and different from conventionnal music. Sorry for your ears ;)

However, about Spy, I didn't want this problem with the left headphone, it's annoying... :(
