Default Gold upgrade from silver

Hi,

Maybe it is a stupid question, but when we upgrade from silver to gold, do we keep certain silver instruments ?
for example, do we keep the piano ? the organ ? the choirs ?

Thanks

If you keep Silver registered, you do, if you don't, you don't. if you buy it on this sale price, it's as if you bought it without ever owning Silver, so you keep Silver as well.
There was a post from Doug that they don't send these Silver instruments to Gold owners anymore, so if you don't keep your Silver registered, you lose them. However afaik there is going to be a better version of the Steinway B that's in Silver in Gold pro.

Maybe you didn't understand my question, or maybe I don't understand your answer

I already have silver, I may want to upgrade to gold (http://www.soundsonline.com/sophtml/...l?sku=EW-160US )

I was wondering if when I install gold upgrade, Am I like a guy who bought only gold or do I have gold instruments and keep my silver piano, choirs and organ ?

Maybe I don't understand the registration process....

Oh, actually yes, I didn't see, there are 2 upgrades : upgrade 1 and upgrade 2

Upgrade 1 : for those who doesn't want to keep their silver registration
Upgrade 2 : for those who wants to keep their silver registration

Sorry, I don't understand the difference, what will I get at the final ?

Thanks

Well, right now, Gold is on sale for $495, which is even better than the upgrade price. And that way you keep Silver as is.

Yes I know, this is not a problem of money, I just want to understand the difference. I'm a bit lost with the registration...

If you already own Silver when you buy Gold as a separate product, you get to keep your Silver license and can continue to use it as you see fit. I bought Gold in the Group buy, so it wasn't an upgrade.

Kind regards.
