I'm thinking about buying the composer's collection.
I already have Ministry of Rock, Orchestra Gold Plus, and a few other VST libraries in use, but that's on my PC at home. At college, which is where I'll be using this program, I will only have my laptop. The basic specs on it: Mac OS X 2.66 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3 3 MB L2 Cache 300 GB HD space My desktop passed the requirements for MoR and the Orchestral libraries, but my arrangements are sometimes large ( 10 instruments simultaneously or so ), and so I would often get instruments dropping out and what not. So, what I'm asking is: with a laptop of those specs, could I expect to freely use the programs in the composer's collection with performance good enough to actually get stuff done well, or am I going to have to wait until I have access to a better system? Thanks guys, -Cole |
