I know its really a newb question, but... assuming to have an XP box with PT LE8 (latest update) which i dont manage too well yet, and to have some EW instruments, how do you get PT to see them ? I know it must ne something really really stupid I am doing but... Thanks for the help everyone

So you have Windows XP 32 bit?
Go to Program Files on you C: drive, then locate common files, then Eastwest, then copy the play_VST.dll file....then paste it in... C:/Program Files/Common Files/Digidesign/DAE/Plugins ![]() Let us know if that works out or not. |

Problem solved. Bought Cubase 5, tossed PT and now everything works fine on a full 64-bit system !
