It is a good, old school rock track with successful use of MoR, memorable melodic lines and a decent solo (although the bends may need a bit more work to sound absolutely convincing).
I also believe that a bit of EQ would have made the track more "shiny" and the guitars less "compressed" and more "rocking". I mean a bit more "presence" in the upper middle area especially of the solo/melodic guitars.
