I'm sure you've already seen this, but the comments are suddenly full of posts saying it's a remix of a song called The Sun's Gone Dim and the Sky's turned black. And I can certainly hear it. You may have just found it!

I have searched on google, itunes, and youtube for this mythical version/remix and it doesnt exist, so i dont think this is the song, as the portion in the ad never appears in this song in any variation.

:-/ There were a couple of measures that were note by note, but you're right. It sounds like a track that has been abridged, though; edited down to fit the cut.
