Far from me encouraging anyone to switch away from his/her favorite DAW. I am a firm believer in the idea of keeping things the way they are, especially if they're working well in their current stasis.

I totally understand! I knew when you asked me about switching to Logic that you were asking in a tongue-in-cheek manner.

As far as coaborating on something, I'd love it! Until I finish my Berklee courses, I'm just looking for some interesting non-profit type of work. The only paying jobs I have at the moment (besides my day-to-day "real" job) are composing instrumentals for a band's upcoming album and mixing/mastering it, and a presentation to be delivered at the Pentagon for an old buddy who went to West Point. That one is really interesting as it covers our time in Iraq from 2004 onward. BUT... it's almost a year from delivery, so I'm merely working out some thematic material at the moment. Other than that, it's study, study, study.
