Akoustik Piano....I could have gone for Ivory!

Ive had Akoustik Piano for a while and I have to say while the Concert Grand and Bechstein are GREAT, the Steingraber and Bosendorfer are slightly dissapointing....I had the chance to go for the cheaper Ivory and the more expensive Akoustik some time ago, and went for the latter. I still wonder how good Ivory would sound underneath my dexteroius fingertips....what do you guys think of Akoustik Piano?
