Default E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial (Long Version)

Hi everybody!
Here is my "long version" from E.T. (John Williams of course!)
I'm working with Logic 9 Pro on iMac and I'm using Symphonic Orchestra Gold and Storm Drum 2
Enjoy it

Hey Carles - I these themes Always good to hear some JW on these forums.

I like the arrangement and the different elements seem to work nicely together. There work to be done on the performance of the piece. Everything sounds very precise, and a little computerised. How are you entering the data in? midi controller? score editor?

Nice! I cannot be objective here, since E.T. is probably my favourite soundtrack of all time. Did you copy all musical notes from the official score? Or did you use a MIDI file you found? Or you just did it from scratch "by ear" ?(you are super talented if you did this!).

Are you serious? I'm glad to find another "music freak" (in the good sense) like me! Not everybody has the ability to "separate" the different instruments when sounding all together. It happens when I composer music. I can hear the whole orchestra in my head, but I can differentiate what each single instrument is playing. Simply amazing!

CONGRATS!

@LMG: Thanks a lot! But i'm not sure it is exactly what instruments are playing in the "original" song but it is how i'm listen to them
And i am like you: it is one of my favorites music i'm listen to (it is into me) since i'm 14 y.o., and i am 47 y. o. now!!!!!!!!
