Steinway with Silver Bundle?

Surely it is but what tech help told me certainly made it sound as if the Steinway piano just won't work on the East West Silver Bundle. In the program I get a message saying "this patch is not compatible with your program version."

I was told to install expansion pro and just drag the instruments from the original edition.

BTW, Is there something online saying exactly how to install this?

The Steinway should be located under Percussion > Woods > Steinway
