Default Platinum Plus Question

Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to only partially install EWQLSO Platinum Plus to save on hard drive space. More specifically, would it be possible to only use the sixteen-bit samples (with all three mic positions), without installing the twenty-four bit ones? I guess this install would be somewhat like the Pianos pack, where you can install each piano individually to cut back on hard drive usage.

Sorry if this has been covered before - I wasn't able to find any information on it.

Thanks,
HoverPizza

Hey HoverPizza,

The 24 bit samples are loaded default when you load an instrument in Platinum Plus. The bit depth can then be changed to 16 bit on the PLAY interface.

Yes you can. However youll have to be careful whats on the disks you dont install, or when you load an instrument an error message will occur. If you rename the samples folder that contains the 16bit it will load default as above stated only now with the 16 bit samples and you could remove the 24 bit samples for space if necessary.
