Setting sample rates for EWQLSO as a VST Plugin through Sonar?

Hi. I'm fairly new here, and I was wondering if anyone knows how to manually set the sample rate used when you are employing EWQLSO as a VST plugin in Sonar. In the standalone program, it's easy to select the sample rate you want to use. However, I can't do that when I use it in Sonar.

I'd like to set it to 22050 so I can work with a larger number of instruments at one time without killing my RAM. If anyone knows how to do this, please let me know. If this isn't possible to do, that would still be nice to know. It seems a little silly not to be able to though.
