Default Does Sonar 8.3 Patch solve your Slow Save Times?

According to this post by Noel from Cakewalk, the 8.3 patch is supposed to fix the slow saving with EastWest plugins.

I do notice a slight difference, but I'm wondering if all you Sonar users are noticing dramatic differences.

You'll notice a big difference with the next PLAY update. We thank all our partners for working with us on this issue.

Cheers,

Anyone know if the real-time bounce automation bug still exists in 8.3?

Excellent news, Doug. Will the next update also address the voice limit issue?

Yes, for 64-bit versions only, they have been increased to 1024.

Oh... ok, but surely the ultimate solution is to stop cutting other instruments when one hits its voice limit (as opposed to just raisng the voice limit?)

Thanks...

If you're referring to the cc11 issue then the answer is yes, at least on my system...

Does this only occur when you have multiple instruments loaded inside of one instance of PLAY as a plugin in a DAW? Or does this also occur when you have one instrument per instance with multiple instances of PLAY as a plugin in a DAW?
