Has everyone who sent a mail to Best Service received their update to Galaxy?

I haven't. Just sent another mail today asking for it. Do they require any additional information to send it to you?

Any info would be appreciated.

what is the update? I remember reading a post about it but I can't find it anymore. Also, does galaxy steinway work with Audio units, or just VST?

Got a reply from Bestservice now. They would send me the update immediately. Might be some of us were not on the address list they had.

I mailed mail@bestservice.de and just said I hadn't gotten the update and gave them my shipping details.

For those of you who haven't gotten it yet, contact Best Service and I'm sure they'll send you one as well
