Selling an East West product?

Hi,

I am just trying to get my head around if i can Sell an Unregistered, uninstalled SD2 i bought, to someone and they would be ok to license it and register it?

I ask this because i just bought it a month or so ago, but now want to buy the CCC, which obviously includes it.

Also, i bought the PRO upgrade, can i just keep that bit, and add it to the CCC version of SD2?

I don't think that would be legal to do this. However you may consider buying CCCand replacing SD by an other Eastwest product, you would save money an get a new library.

but as an unregistered, uninstalled, legit product, i can't see why this is not legal. There is nothing dodgy about it.

The reason i am looking at buying the normal CCC, rather than the Customized version, swapping SD2 for say MOR, is that i can get the Normal CCC a lot cheaper and then buy the MOR as a seperate product on top, whilst selling the SD2.

I just need to check i can sell the SD2 i have, or the SD2 that i get in the CCC.

Send a PM to an admin...If it's unregistered, you should have no problem because you haven't yet agreed to the EULA.

By buying SD2, you agreed to the EULA which prohibit transfers - but like Andy said, I would contact EW sales / admin to work out some deal.
