Hi
I use an iMac 2.8 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo with 4GB ram with OSX version 10.5.5 I recently bought East West Platinum Symphonic Orchestra and was installing the various discs on my different external hard drives. However, when it comes to the percussion disc, I go to open the installer and I get the message that it can't be opening because Classic Environment is no longer supported. Adam at East West has sent me a replacement, but the same thing happens. All the other discs and installers work fine. Anyone know whats goin on? M |

Mark,
Contact Jonathan here in the US (Jkranz@eastwestsounds.com), he will see what is going on and if necessary get you a compatible install disc. Also, purchasing from our European store (soundsonline-europe.com) is obviously more convenient for you than ordering from Australia, there is someone in your time zone to help you faster. Cheers, - DR |

Hi Mark,
It sounds like you are referring to the NI version (some of which have OS 9 installers on the discs)... if that is the case, you will need to get the OS X installers from the Native Instruments website, which has those under the unprotected updates pages. http://www.native-instruments.com/in...id=freeupdates -Jonathan |

Thanks to both of you for such a quick response. I'll try what you say Jonathan.
